Gerry Lachance is a successful businessman who has a passion to see transformation in the workplace. Trained as an accountant, he served in various financial management positions with multi-national corporations including Whirlpool Corporation, Lockheed Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney and Silver Industries. In 1985, he became part owner of Plas-Pak Industries, a medical plastics company. In 2003, he founded Fishgate Ventures, a company established to train and mentor individuals who have a call as entrepreneurs. Currently he is managing a project to establish affordable housing for the poor in Colorado Springs, CO, and in partnership of a small business enterprise in CT.

Barbara Lachance is founder and president of two successful not for profit organizations.    In 2005 she organized a state wide network of pastors and leaders crossing denominational and cultural barriers building unity among Christians. She has been on the pastoral staff at Vineyard Christian Fellowship, New London, CT and Bishop Seabury Church in Groton, CT.  Trained as a Pastoral Counselor she has developed material on Understanding the Role of Pastoral Counseling and Communication Skills.

Gerry and Barbara speak internationally in the marketplace.
Currently they serve on several national and international boards, including ROI Leadership International, Fellowship House, Roger Cunningham Evangelistic Association, Crossroads, ACTS 29 and Project ZION.

Gerry and Barbara reside in Glastonbury, Connecticut; they have five children and four grandchildren
