The ideal candidate will have a heart for the Lord, will carry experience in both the church and business arenas, will be able to communicate in both spheres with equal comfort and ability, and will desire more than anything to see change come within the corporate world. We are looking for a level of maturity and respect that has been earned over the years by success in both business and ministry ventures.



ROi is offering licensing of its materials, products and training in the USA, Canada, Asia Pacific and other locations worldwide. The price ranges from $35,000 US to $55,000 US depending on the population of the region.



In addition to the licensing fee; there will be certain start-up fees. You will need to be able to set up your office (which can be in your home to start with), and there will be some travel expense for the initial training in San Jose, CA. As with all start-up businesses, you will need to have some reserve funds to operate on until your business begins to turn a profit. The amount that you will need will depend largely upon your personal skills, your business decisions and how big and quickly you want your business to grow.



The ROi team will be providing hands on training in order to both prepare you to start your enterprise, and also to make you successful in its operation. You will become certified in a number of our training modules, and will also be given tools for sales, marketing, and small business financial administration. Our team consists of experts in small business start-up, financial management, business plan development, business development, sales and marketing. In addition, we will assist you with the development of the ministry side of the enterprise as well. All in all, you'll be getting proven turn-key systems that's taken more than 20 years to develop.



Your initial 2 weeks of training is just the beginning of what we offer in terms of support. We look forward to developing a long term relationship with you that will include personal attention to your questions, web based support and preferred seating at all ROI seminars, workshops, conferences and forums.

We have over 50 years of experience in local church growth and over 25 years of experience in conference and seminar leadership worldwide. No, your ROi license is a business and as a result it is up to you to make it work. Therefore we cannot make any promises with regard to specific results; we cannot even guarantee that your goals will become a reality. We will encourage you, challenge you, equip you, train you and provide all that we can for you; and yet at the end of the day you will still need to do the work.
